The GE LightSpeed VCT 64 represents a major industry benchmark in volumetric computed tomography. Engineered to overcome the limitations of traditional multi-slice systems, the VCT collects 64 sub-millimeter slices per rotation at 0.625 mm slice thickness, providing isotropic 3D visualization across routine radiology, oncology, pediatric care, and advanced cardiology.

Powered by the Performix™ Pro 8.0 MHU tube and a 100 kW generator, the LightSpeed VCT sustains high mA techniques without mid-procedure thermal delays. With its Xtream™ FX workflow interface and SnapShot™ imaging options, the system accelerates total examination times, allowing high patient throughput while preserving detail in dynamic anatomical structures.
